FF Music B.V. (located at Herenstraat 25, 3621 AP Breukelen) contributes a great deal of care to the correct and safe processing of privacy-sensitive data. This website complies with the European GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) requirements (effective May 25, 2018). In the Netherlands, this law goes by the name of AVG (Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming).
This website also complies with the Dutch “Cookie Law” (Telecommunication Act article 11.7a). The cookie law will eventually make way for the e-privacy regulation. However, this law has yet to be approved by the European Commission, but we are already prepared for it.

We use Google Analytics to measure traffic to our website in order to improve our services. We have configured this service in a way that no explicit permission is required for the cookie usage.

a. Contact forms and e-mail links
We use contact forms on various pages on our site. If you fill in a contact form on our website or send us an e-mail, we will only use the (personal) data you provide for the purpose or purposes for which you have filled out the contact form or sent the e-mail.
Data entered in the contact form is sent securely to our e-mail address and not stored on the web server.
b. Inspection, correction and deletion of data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by us and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data that we have available to you in a computer file to you or another organization mentioned by you.

To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. Make sure your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) are masked in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond as quickly as possible, but within four weeks, at your request.
We take the protection of your data seriously and take appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification.
